Cohen Investment Group (CIG) purchased Palm Pointe Apartments on June 3, 2021, for $10,304,000. Palm Pointe Apartments was a 112-unit, 72,800 SF multifamily community in North Charleston, SC.

During CIG’s ownership of Palm Pointe Apartments, CIG implemented a select value-add capital expenditure program to improve interior and exterior facets of the property. As a result, CIG increased rents and net operating income and executed a disposition with favorable returns. CIG sold the property on June 9, 2023, for $13,250,000.
