Consisting of traditional conditioned and non-conditioned self-storage facilities, Salt Lake City Area Self Storage totals 423 units and 80,477 net rentable square feet. The acquisition of this portfolio marks the first properties purchased west of Texas by Cohen Investment Group.
Cohen Investment Group acquired the Salt Lake City Area Self Storage portfolio on July 22, 2022.
