Titan 10 is a 10-property portfolio of conditioned and non-conditioned self-storage facilities. The portfolio is composed of approximately 1,705 units totaling 231,195 net rentable square feet geographically diversified throughout the states of Alabama, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Titan 10 was purchased in an off-market transaction, and we view this to be a complimentary portfolio of like-kind storage assets like our 25-parcel Sunbelt Storage portfolio as they share similar geographic footprints in Alabama, Tennessee, and Iowa.
The acquisition of Titan 10 marks a significant benchmark for Cohen Investment Group as CIG has now acquired over half a billion dollars in investment properties, at time of purchase, since inception in 2013.
Cohen Investment Group acquired Titan 10 on June 14, 2022.
