We then hire and oversee impactful and trusted third-party property management partners to maximize the properties’ values while improving physical appearance and operational efficiency with the goal of growing Net Operating Income (NOI) and net cash flow for investors to above our projections. We monitor market conditions to identify a timely disposition resulting in a positive capital event with a strong net IRR to our investors.
