We work extremely hard to ensure overall property performance and that the investment objectives illustrated in the private placement memorandum (PPM) remain true throughout the entire hold of the asset until disposition. Investors are kept fully apprised of the status of each properties’ performance by written and electronic correspondence on a quarterly basis.
Each of CIG’s investments are overseen by principals of the firm on a daily basis. Reporting from our analysts or third party providers is collected on a weekly and monthly basis. The principals are responsible for not only their own investment dollars in each deal, but also our investors’.
